PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively arrange orderly negative films and printings kept in homes. SOLUTION: Users 2 request to a photo studio 3 for reading images from the negative films NF left in homes. The photo studio 3 requests to a laboratory for reading the images based on requests received from the users. In the laboratory, an image forming device 40 reads images from the negative films NF to obtain image data S1. Manufacturing ages of the negative films NF are identified based on the code numbers recorded on the negative films NF, and information data J including data and time information indicating manufacturing years is obtained. The image data S1 with the information data J is transmitted to an image storage server 6, and the image data S1 is stored therein after identified in every user and in every year.
