PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide basic racks in which facilities (such as air-conditioning, ventilation, power supply, monitoring, safeguard, fire extinguishment) required for equipment are embedded, to provide exclusive racks storing equipment such as a server adjacent to the basic racks respectively, to reduce the setting space, to make mounting works simple and easy, to perform integral monitor and maintenance of all kinds of equipment and racks, to calculate and charge use fees according to quantity consumed, etc., regarding a rack system in which the facilities required for the equipment and the exclusive equipment are mounted to the rack. SOLUTION: A plurality of racks to which pieces of the exclusive equipment are mounted and the basic racks required for performing power supply, ventilation, monitoring and fire extinguishments required for the respective racks and the respective pieces of exclusive equipment are adjacently arranged.
