PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a working time in maintenance of software for reducing a working load. SOLUTION: Maintenance objective application software 10 carries out predetermined processing in response to operation carried out from a terminal 51 of a user via the Internet 50. A plurality of tasks 11-13 matching a specific function are assembled in the maintenance objective application software 10. A user operation monitoring manager 14 serving as a program acquiring information from the respective tasks acquires information matching a user operation level from the designated task when the task and the user operation level are designated from a terminal 52 of a manager performing maintenance, and outputs the acquired information to the terminal 52.
