PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant weight detecting device capable of detecting discrepancy. SOLUTION: A controller 25 detects discrepancy when a front side detection load value as the total of output load values of load sensors 21 and 22 provided on the front side of a seat main body gets under a prescribed negative load value, and when a rear side detection load value as the total of output load values of load sensors 23 and 24 provided on the rear side exceeds a prescribed positive load value.
