<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adhering a waterstop tape piece enhanced in workability that sandwiches and adheres a plurality of wires by folding back the waterstop tape piece, and to provide a method for adhering the waterstop tape piece by sandwiching a plurality of wires. <P>SOLUTION: The device 10 for adhering the waterstop tape piece comprises a positioning unit 33. An adhesive layer of the waterstop tape piece 1 is made to direct upward, one end of the piece is brought into a state of abutting on the positioning unit 33, and the waterstop tape piece 1 is fitted to a groove 32a. The wires D1 to D4 are fitted in a protective groove 42, and the free end of the waterstop tape piece 1 is folded back.
