<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave transmission line in which the occurrence of unwanted leakage modes such as a surface wave mode and a parallel planar mode and a resonance mode are suppressed to a high frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The microwave transmission line is provided with a substrate 11 where a groove is provided on a part by digging, a microwave signal line lower ground 15 laid on the surface of the groove of the substrate 11, a dielectric 12 filled inside the groove of the substrate 11, a microwave signal line 13 arranged on the dielectric 12 and a microwave surface ground 14 connected to the microwave signal line lower ground 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
