PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nearly display a non-standard image varied from the prescribed standard independently of a model of a display device. SOLUTION: When an image processing device determines that a flicker removal mode is set(a step S11 determines YES), and a picture distortion correction mode is set (in the case that a step S15 determines YES), the image processing device acquires an image from an image pickup sensor in an access unit composed of horizontal lines of the number varied from the prescribed standard (step S20). And the image processing device sets a valid starting position and the number of effective horizontal lines based on the number of horizontal lines of the access unit and a model and standard of a display device (step S21). Then the image processing device converts the size of the access unit based on the number of effective horizontal lines (step S22), and displays the access unit with the size converted on the display device based on the valid starting position and the number of effective horizontal lines (step S23).
