PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system capable of quickly and accurately transmitting information. SOLUTION: A transmitting side FAX1 transmits information of a transmitting person and destination information together with data, and a receiving side FAX2 displays the information of the transmitting person and the destination on a display part, requests an input part to input an identification number corresponding to a person indicated by the destination information. When the identification number is inputted from the input part, the receiving side FAX2 outputs the received data to recording paper to accurately transmit/receive the data through the facsimile terminals.
