PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographing device which is hardly influenced by ambient temperature and whose optimum focusing position is hardly changed even in the case of using an inexpensive photographic lens whose optimum focal position is changed according to the ambient temperature. SOLUTION: In the photographing device equipped with the photographic lens whose optimum focal position is changed according to the ambient temperature, a heating element is arranged proximately to the photographic lens.
