PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can simultaneously and continuously analyze and measure the corporeal and incorporeal component of blood. SOLUTION: The device is composed of an automatically supplying means 120 for sample cells A<SB>1</SB>-A<SB>n</SB>storing the blood with anticoagulant mixed, a corporeal component analyzing means 130, an automatically and continuously separating means 140 for upper layer liquid, and an incorporeal component analyzing means 150. Also the device is provided with a first transporting means T<SB>1</SB>that supplies the blood to the corporeal component analyzing means 130 and automatically and continuously separating means 140 for the upper layer liquid at individual subscribed timing from the automatically supplying means 120, and a second transporting means T<SB>2</SB>that supplies the upper layer liquid to the incorporeal component analyzing means 150 at subscribed timing from the automatically and continuously separating means 140 for the upper layer liquid.
