PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join an elastic body and a mass body without vulcanization adhesion. SOLUTION: The mass body 1 is arranged inside a frame 2 in a non-contact state with an inner face of the frame 2 and a columnar rubber body 7 is interposed at the four corners of a gap in a tetragonal section formed between the frame 2 and the mass body 1. The mass body 1 is integrally formed by laminating a steel plate and by expanding both ends of a pipe 4 penetrating the laminated steel plates in a trumpet shape. Arcuate notches 5a, 5a, etc., are provided on the steel plates 1a arranged at an intermediate part, a recessed part 5 is formed to the mass body 1 by the notches 51, 51, etc., and at the same time, corners of the frame 2 are made into a round shape, and the columnar rubber body 7 is surely positioned by the round part of the frame 2 and the recessed part 5 in an arcuate sectional shape.
