PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the arrival of data even when a session moves between communication nodes.

SOLUTION: A home node HN-1 generates a home session address HSA-1 and sets up a session with a communicating party 90. When moving the session, the home node HN-1 reports the request of the movement of the session to an external node FN-1 to the external node FN-1. The external node FN-1 internally generates an IP address HSA-1, copies the state of the session in the home node HN-1 and afterwards reports corresponding updating information 'HSA-1→HNA-2' to a communication mediation node 1 for tunneling data addressed to the HSA-1 to a home node identification address HNA-2. The communication mediation node 1 tunnels the data to the HNA-2 on the basis of that corresponding updating information and a communication mediation node 2 tunnels the data to a c/o address CoA-2 again.
