<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station capable of efficiently assigning a new wireless resource to establish a wireless channel to a mobile station in a mobile communication system. <P>SOLUTION: The base station 12 includes: a number of arrival access discrimination section 28 for discriminating whether or not the number of arrived accesses for a prescribed period, when an average wireless resource consumed amount for a prescribed time reaches a revision threshold value, is at the outside of a range of the reference number of times; an assignment threshold value increasing/decreasing section 30 for increasing the assignment threshold value for the wireless resource consumed amount at a communication request from a mobile station 16 when the number of arrival times is less than the number of lower limit times within a range of the reference number of times and for decreasing the assignment threshold value when the number of arrival times is more than the number of upper limit times within the range of the reference number of times; a request time consumed amount discrimination section 32 for discriminating whether or not the wireless resource consumed amount at the communication request is less than the assignment threshold value; and a wireless resource assignment section 34 for assigning a new wireless resource to establish a wireless channel to the mobile station 16 when the wireless resource consumed amount at the communication request is less than the assignment threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
