PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor assembling equipment which is simple, is excellent in workability, and realizes magnetization work for field magnets and assembling work of an armature in the same equipment. SOLUTION: This motor assembling equipment performs the magnetization of the permanent magnets for a field and the assembly of a stator 2 and the armature 3 in the same equipment. The equipment is provided with a magnetizing device 24 fitted with an external magnetizing coil 29 and an internal magnetizing coil 30, a stator supporting appliance 23 which supports the lower end of the stator 2 and is movable upwards and downwards, an armature holder 25 on which the supporting appliance 23 can be fitted, and a stator pressing jig 22 arranged above the stator supporting appliance. Along with putting the stator 2 on the supporting appliance 23, the stator 2 is interposed and held between the pressing jig 22 and the supporting appliance 23, and the stator 2 is moved downwards and magnetization is performed by the magnetizing device 24. After the permanent magnets are magnetized, the stator 2 is immediately moved upwards by the supporting appliance 23, and is fitted on the armature 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
