PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to heat with a microwave efficiently even if quantity, form, and installing position of a heated food differ from each other. SOLUTION: The high-frequency heating equipment is constituted that a control processing unit 9, which controls a drive motor 8 that makes a rotating antenna 4 rotate, is prepared, microwave detection equipment 7 which detects information of the microwave in a wave guide 6 is installed in the wave guide 6, an incident signal and a reflected signal of the microwave for every angle of rotation of the drive motor 8 are put out by the microwave detection equipment 7, value of a reflection coefficientΓor a voltage standing wave ratioρof the microwave is calculated by the control processing unit 9 based on the put out signal, two or more small obtained values among the obtained values on the basis of the minimum value are chosen, and the rotating antenna 4 is made to suspend at a rotation angle position of the drive motor 8 corresponding to these chosen values.
