PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture input/output device which enables the identification of user who can perform the command of specified picture processing.

SOLUTION: Picture data is inputted. Physical features of the user who commands prescribed picture processing for the inputted picture data are inputted (Step S802). The inputted physical features are stored. The stored physical features are collated with registered physical features (Step S805). In accordance with the collated result, the commanded prescribed picture processing is performed (Step S808). The picture data after the prescribed picture processing is outputted.
