<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a cable terminal joint, which realizes insulation reinforcement of a cable terminal core, by attaching a molded insulation reinforcing unit under a high surface pressure 1 thereof and can block the leakage of sealed insulation oil with the molded insulation reinforcing unit 1 and a cylindrical partition member 4, and to eliminate an epoxy seat and a pre-molded insulation assembly to reduce the assembly time and material costs. <P>SOLUTION: A molded insulation reinforcing unit 1 having a groove 13 on its rear end side is attached onto a hollow core jig 2 whose inside diameter is larger than the outside diameter of a cable terminal core 3 with an expanded inside diameter, the molded insulation unit 1 is put onto the cable terminal core 3 while it is attached onto the hollow core jig 2, the hollow core jig 2 is removed to attach the molded insulation reinforcing unit 1 onto the cable terminal core 3, a tip of a cylindrical partition member 4 is inserted into the groove 13, and a rear end of the cylindrical partition member 4 is connected with a support plate 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
