<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of applied vibration. <P>SOLUTION: A hand shake signal obtained from an angular speed sensor is sampled in a predetermined interval, and a correction quantity which reduces influence of the hand shake is calculated from the sampled. For example, if 8 times sampling is made in a field, the correction quantity Sout [n] of the 8 times is stored. The final correction value information is generated using the stored correction quantity Sout [n]. For example, the generation is made by using Cubic function h (t), makes the function value as a coefficient, and estimates the correction quantity of the center position of the exposure period by multiplying a coefficient and the correction quantity Sout [n]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
