PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain moving image data with improved quality easily and secure appreciation of the moving image data with the improved quality for a long time. SOLUTION: A moving image processing system 10 reads moving image data from a storage media 12 brought by a user using a reader 14 or receives moving data sent by a user via network using a communication device 18. These read-out or received moving image data are inputted to an image processor 20. After image processing of those moving image data and improving the quality, the data are dubbed on such a storage media 22 as a DVD disk using a dubbing device 24. The storage media 22 after dubbing is handed over to the user who comes to receive it or sent to the user by mail. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
