PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a terminal from being noticed by an intruder by performing photography without light emission at the first time, instantaneously transmitting the image and performing photography with stroboscopic light emission at the second time in the case of intrusion. SOLUTION: This home security notification system has a sensor that detects the intrusion, a camera that photographs the intruder, the terminal which can transmit the photographed image to a notification destination and an information terminal for a user, the camera can perform photography a plurality of times at set intervals, performs the photography without the stroboscopic light emission at the first time, transmits the image by the photography without the stroboscopic light emission to the set notification destination and then, performs photography by stroboscopic light emission after completion of preparation of image transmission by connecting the camera with the set notification destination again and transmits the image photographed by the stroboscopic light emission to the set notification destination.
