PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for an inflammatory disease for judging the existence, clinical condition and consequence of the inflammatory disease, which comprises the measurement of the amount of a blood platelet a white blood cell complex to determine the measurement value as a clinical index in the inspection. SOLUTION: Since the inspection method enables the proper diagnosis of the inflammatory disease, especially the existence, clinical condition and consequence of inflammatory intestinal failure, the selection of a treatment procedure and treatment timing, and the effectiveness of treatment can be evaluated.
