PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology and a system capable of presenting and displaying quality control as physical evidence by means of visual observation, and to provide a method for allowing even a general consumer to easily confirm the quality control by means of visual observation by preventing illicitness by history alteration of temperature control information by a double monitoring system at physical distribution transport time and retail by providing a liquid dissolving type liquid temperature detector manufactured by using a medium liquid manufactured by using a technology capable of storing an optionally set constant coagulating point temperature or a freezing point temperature. SOLUTION: An explanation is given by using a drawing 1.
