PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost while preventing buckling deformation and damage caused by the own weight fall of vertical piping, to rapidly and easily perform mounting work onto the piping side while reinforcing the own weight fall impeding function of vertical piping and further to facilitate handling with the use of constitution therefor. SOLUTION: Engaging holes 8 engaged with an engaging projection 1a of the piping P to impede relative movement in a pipe axis direction are formed in both clamping members 5, 6 with one side opened on the other end side of a clamping plate part 5A. An engaging connection part 7 for detachably engaging and connecting the other end parts of both clamping plate parts 5A, 5B is composed of a locking part 7A formed at one clamping plate part 5A where the open engaging hole 8 exists, and a locking hole 7B formed in the other clamping plate part 6B allowing the engaged entry of the locking part 7A only when the locking part 7A is operated to be elastically deformed onto the small width side within the width of the open engaging hole 8.
