<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rag bolt structure capable of easily manufacturing by making no use of aligning work and welding work of respective components forming a rag bolt. <P>SOLUTION: In the rag bolt 1 comprised of a square-shaped plate having a curved surface, a plurality of claw portions 41 formed by raising a part of the surface is provided at the curved concave surface side with pressing works, fitting pieces 42 folded to extrude to the curved convex surface side is provided by connecting together with each side opposite to a pair of the square-shaped plate, and a rag plate 40 forming a leading portion 42b folded outward is manufactured on a pointed head of the fitting pieces.
