PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high security level between a mobile phone and a computer for performing wireless communication.

SOLUTION: The mobile phone 300 includes: a circuit for receiving identification information from a hot spot computer 200 being an opposite party of wireless communication; a circuit for transmitting the received identification information to a server apparatus 100; a circuit for receiving authentication information of the computer corresponding to the identification information transmitted to the server apparatus 100; and a circuit for transmitting access request information to the hot spot computer 200 together with the authentication information received from the server apparatus 100. The hot spot computer 200 includes a circuit for permitting communication with the mobile phone 300 on the basis of whether or not the authentication information acquired by the mobile phone 300 is coincident with authentication information stored in advance in the hot spot computer 200 in response to the reception of the access request information.
