PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of having to use a voltage generator, a current generator, and many other kinds of measuring devices when actually measuring the secondary circuit loads of a transformer for instruments and a current transformer for instruments of a power generating plant, though they are calculated on a desk. SOLUTION: This automatic load measuring device is made up of a computing part that computes loads consisting of the transformer for instruments, the secondary side rated voltage of the current transformer, input terminals that input a current, voltage and current generating parts, a phase generating part, and apparent power/power factor; a judging part that judges whether or not the loads are good; and a commercial power inputting part.
