<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system provided with a humidifying function wherein the optimum humidification of a supply gas can be carried out while suppressing water plugging in the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with supplying paths 2, 3 through which an oxidizer gas and a fuel gas are supplied to the fuel cell 1, a water injection means 4, 5 to inject water into at least one of the supplying paths 2, 3 of the oxidizer gas and the fuel gas, and a capturing means 7, 8 to capture liquid water installed at the gas supplying paths 2, 3 between the fuel cell 1 and the water injection means 4, 5.
