<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commercial transaction system that a buyer, a commodity provider, and an intermediary agent can use free of anxiety. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic commercial transaction system is so constituted that a transaction code (commercial transaction specified information) is set at the terminal of the commodity provider 2 with a program P1 incorporated therein for specifying a commercial transaction between the buyer 1 and the provider 2, that the transaction code is transmitted by the provider 2 and the buyer 1, respectively at s2 and s5, and that the intermediary agent 3 collates the two versions with each other for their identity before carrying out a deputized commodity price payment service. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
