<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly correct a flaw for smoothly conducting transactions with a transfer institution even if attached standing information has the flaw when instructions from a trading partner are received via a data communication system. <P>SOLUTION: In this securities trading method for making contact for transactions with the transfer constitution in receipt of a securities transaction application from the trading partner 10 via data communication system, the standing information including settlement information with the trading partner 10 is previously memorized 16 (a process a). A receipt/flaw determining part 18 determines whether the standing information attached to the transaction application by the trading partner has the flow or not (a process b). When the flow is included, a correction part 20 corrects the flaw by comparison with the standing information memorized in the process a.
