<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid operational complexity for applicants who participate in a prize competition and prevent the management of the running side who provides rewards to elected persons who are elected in lot drawing from being complicated as well. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with applicant terminals 1A-1N, an application acceptance server 3 as the center device connected to each terminal through Internet 2, a lot drawing device 5 and a reception server 7 for elected persons. The center device transmits an application acceptance screen containing an input request screen of application numbers and makes displayed on a terminal once the terminal is accessed, and checks the right and wrong of the application numbers upon receiving the application numbers that applicants inputted according to the application acceptance screen of the terminal at the same time, and informs the election to elected persons who are elected in lot drawing from the applicants who applied with checked application numbers.
