PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection circuit module capable of jointing and fixing a plurality of electronic components and housings to a board at the same time. SOLUTION: A protection circuit module 1 for a rechargeable battery comprises a board 2, an electronic component 3 which is mounted on the surface of the board 2 to form a protection circuit of a rechargeable battery, a housing 4 which, mounted on the surface of the board 2, comprises a ceiling wall 4a that partially regulates an internal space housing the electronic component 3, and a sealing resin 5 packed in the internal space of the housing 4 to cover the electronic component 3.
