PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently illuminate an object in close-up photographing. SOLUTION: The camera is provided with: a flash lamp 2; a plurality of light emitting elements 8 for illumination in the close-up photographing arranged in a ring-shaped state at the top end of the lens barrel 3 of a photographing lens; and a control means for photographing the object by making the light emitting elements 8 emit light when discriminating that the object exists within a specified distance from the photographing lens and photographing the object by making the flash lamp 2 emit light when discriminating that the object exists in a range beyond the specified distance from the photographing lens when the object needs to be illuminated for the photographing. Thus, the light emitting elements 8 are turned in the close-up photographing, so that excellent macro photographing is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
