<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for nuclear medicine diagnosis, an image processor, and a method for image reconstruction, capable of reducing the number of times of interpolating calculations by conducting direct-method reconstruction and capable of providing diagnostic images with high spacial resolution. <P>SOLUTION: Fan beam data and parallel beam data corresponding to 180 deg. or 360 deg., for example, are collected and image reconstruction is performed by direct-method back projection of the fan beam data as to a region where fan beam data exist.
