<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmission/reception module having a plurality of channels, which can suppress electric and optical crosstalk and can be connected to a standard connector. <P>SOLUTION: Optical transmission lines A, B, C, and D between which the intervals are increased are provided on a substrate 2 and are made to face an optical connector in narrow interval parts Sa to Sd at leading ends, and a wavelength selection filter 6 is provided in narrow interval parts, and light receiving elements PDa to PDd are mounted on the filter, and the optical transmission line pitch is increased in an extension part, and light emitting elements LDa to LDd are provided at terminal ends of wide interval parts Wa to Wd. Reception light is selectively reflected upward by the wavelength selection filter in the narrow interval parts and is made incident on a plurality of light reception parts, and transmission light is guided from the wide interval parts to the narrow interval parts and is made incident on optical fibers of the connector. A plurality of light emitting elements can be stored on the substrate with large scope, and the distance between a reception part and a transmission part can be reserved.
