PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods by a transformer and an inductor can be respectively manufactured easily and inexpensively without using substrates and lead- containing solder or lead-free solder for connection.

SOLUTION: In the methods, a primary-side lead frame and a secondary-side lead frame, each of which is constituted by surrounding a plurality of lead frames with a molded material, are constituted as individual independent terminals, and end sections of the lead frames are joined to each other by wire-bonding.
