PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet for a vehicle for efficiently dissipating the heat of an electric connection box to the vehicle body.

SOLUTION: The heat conductive sheet for a vehicle is composed of an adhesive layer and non-adhesive layer: the sheet has a recess at its one end corresponding to a protruded terminal of an electric component that is protruded from a plate face of a printed substrate for avoiding the contact of the adhesive layer with the protruded terminal; the other face of the sheet is bonded to an edge of the dissipation side of a plate-shaped heat pipe comprising a sealed container which is formed of two sheets of plate materials forming the inside wall of the container and in which an operation fluid is filled; and the non- adhesive layer contact a part of the vehicle body.
