POLICY SERVER, IP NETWORK SYSTEM AND SUBSCRIBER QoS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a QoS service according to an SLA for every subscriber to a remote subscriber terminal disabled in the specification of a connection code and to unitarily manage such QoS services in the IP-QoS control of Diff- serv or the like provided in an IP network system.

SOLUTION: A policy server 108 has the QoS information of a remote access terminal to be arbitrarily connected to an unspecific edge node and performs QoS management by transmitting the relevant information to respective nodes in the IP network system when a connection is requested. The QoS information is preset to the policy server 108 and when the connection is requested from the remote access terminal, such notices are received from edge nodes 101-104 to perform the QoS management for reserving a resource or reporting the application of a policy to the respective nodes.
