PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna suitable for surface mounting in the antenna used for radio communication equipment for mobile communication mainly in microwaves and millimeter waves. SOLUTION: By providing a dielectric block 101 with a feed line groove 103, arranging a feed line electrode 104 electromagnetically connected to a patch antenna electrode 102 inside the feed line groove 103, feeding power from a feeding terminal electrode 105 and performing fixation by the feeding terminal electrode 106 and a ground terminal electrode 108, a dielectric antenna 100 can be surface-mounted.
