PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extending apparatus being excellent in visual appearance and capable of comparatively simplifying a work. SOLUTION: The extending apparatus A is a pipe 20 comprising a grasping tool 10 to grasp the end part of a wire rod; a first end part at which the grasping tool 10 is threadably mounted; and a second end part at which a hook 30 is rotatably mounted, and is provided with a pipe 200 having a hole with which an apparatus to relatively rotate against the grasping tool 10 is engaged.
