PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit which is equipped with a DC-DC converter which operates with a favorable conversion efficiency even if the input power changes. SOLUTION: This power circuit is composed of a master slave type DC-DC converter 3, a controller 4, and current/voltage sensors 5 and 6, and this is provided together with an inverter between an electric motor 1 and a battery 7. The controller 4 controls a master DC-DC converter 31 and slave DC-DC converters 32 and 33, on the basis of the requested output voltage from the inverter 2, the input-output current voltage information from the current/voltage sensors 5 and 6, the battery voltage information from the voltage sensor 6, and others.
