PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-formed connector in which electric connection can be obtained surely because respective conductor wires stably protrude more surface side than that of respective insulated wires. SOLUTION: This sheet-formed connector 1 is constituted of numerous pieces of straight insulated wires 2 and numerous pieces of conductor wires 3 which are curved in undulations. The respective insulated wires and the respective conductor wires are woven so as to be alternately intersected, and have an equal wire size. Because the respective insulated wires have a larger rigidity than that of the respective conductor wires, the respective conductor wires bend more than those of the respective insulated wires. When a bending angle of the respective conductor wires is taken asθ<SB>1</SB>, the respective insulated wires are scarcely bent, and a protruded amount of the respective conductor wires from that of the respective insulated wires becomes D<SB>1</SB>.
