PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside housing formation structure with favorable workability, capable of being effectively reformed. SOLUTION: In the inside housing formation structure, a new room space R is formed in an existing room 1a by building up a plurality of room forming panel members M (3, 4). The room forming panel members M is constituted of external panel members 3 (3a, 3b) and internal panel members 4 (4a, 4b) laminated on the external panel members so as to face them. The external panel members 3 (3a, 3b) are arranged to face the existing room 1a side and the inner panel members 4 (4a, 4b) is arranged to face the new room space R and laminated with the external panel members 3 (3a, 3b) to face them.
