PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiuse panel, which is handled easily because the panel does not have defects as seen in the panel having conventional constitution - that is, the panel has simple constitution, in which a material cost and a construction working cost are reduced, which has a sufficient vibration- absorptive function to quakes such as an earthquake and is difficult to occur a strain and a deformation by quakes, in which the lowering of strength is not caused and which can also be utilized as not only a vibration-control panel but also other various uses because the panel having conventional constitution has the defects that the panel is easy to occur the strain and the deformation, is short of a durability and causes the lowering of strength owing to inferior following properties to quakes. SOLUTION: The multiuse panel is constituted by installing frame bodies 2 and 3 for a fixing on the opposed two side sides of a flexible plate material 1 such as a veneer board, a thin metal plate or the like. There are the case when the frame bodies 2 and 3 are mounted previously on the flexible plate material 1 and carried into a site and the case when the frame bodies are installed to the flexible plate material at the site.
