摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a person in charge of maintenance/repair so that the person can easily and quickly acquire know-how of maintenance/repair.

SOLUTION: The program makes a computer carry out a first process of reproducing artificially a defective action of an object device on a peripheral device, a second process of reproducing artificially the maintenance/repair process to the defective action reproduced by the first process on the peripheral device and a third process of reproducing artificially the restoration action produced in the object device in every maintenance/repair process reproduced by the second process on the peripheral device.
