<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems inherent in the conventional system of giving and receiving estimates where requests for estimation are forcibly sent to subcontracting manufacturers for wasting recording paper, where estimation accuracy is varied among the manufactures since each manufacturer prepares and estimate in its own form, and where the prepared data are not to be directly digitized for plant-side price assessment and analysis since they come in paper. <P>SOLUTION: In this estimation processing system, estimation efforts between a plant, who buys parts for products, and subcontracting manufacturers, who assemble the parts, work on the assemblies, and deliver them to the plant, are exerted over the Internet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
