<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize speedy path setting in a GMPLS. <P>SOLUTION: In the network composed of an out node, an in node and a relay node installed in a route between these nodes, a request for securing a resource on the route and an action estimating the case of difficult securing of the relevant resource are sent from the out node.
