PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract one line of pictures photographed by a camera, and to correct an oblong picture where those pictures are arrange in a time order in proportion to its moving distance. SOLUTION: When an object to be photographed is placed on one plane in a picture, a photographed plane photographing determination processing 3-3 defines it as a plane to be photographed, and when a moving camera is made coincident with the plane to be photographed, photographed one line is obtained. A picture correction processing 3-4 corrects an oblong picture based on the photographed plane and its moving direction and moving distance. In addition to a first camera for obtaining the oblong picture, a second camera is set in parallel with the target plane to be photographed whose picture correction should be performed, so that a second oblong picture can be obtained, and that the position of the plane of the object to be photographed in the second camera can be obtained.
