PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diopter adjusting device which can be assembled easily because of its simple arrangement and also achieves reduction of the number of parts. SOLUTION: The diopter adjusting device of a camera in which the diopter of a finder is adjusted by moving a diopter adjusting lens in an optical axis direction possesses an operation means (diopter adjusting konb 71) in which an operation part operated by a photographer and a driving part (cam groove 71a) to move the diopter adjusting lens in the optical axis direction are integrally formed.
