PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To densely wind a wire rod in slots of an armature when armature coils are formed. SOLUTION: By placing tip of a flier arm which rotates and draws the wire rod out in the vicinity of a base end of an armature slot, and winding the wire rod, force to the inner circumferential side of the armature is applied to act on the wire rod which is put down and wound in the slot, and the wire rod is caused to adhere closely and wound.
