PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication supporting device which facilitates communication about a purchased product, etc., and can appropriately perform a service limited to a qualified user. SOLUTION: An RFID (radio frequency identification) non-contact type IC tag 102 capable of storing contact address information and reading the contact address information in a non-contact manner is attached to a target product 100. A portable terminal 200 reads the contact address information from the RFID non-contact type IC tag 102 by a contact address information reading part 202 in a non-contact manner, communicably connects to a user registration server 300 on the basis of access information included in the contact address information, and registers a user on the basis of a product number included in the contact address information and inputted user information.
